On May 1, Sharron Simpson will present a travelogue on Antarctica.  Sharron, a world traveler, enthusiastically says that her trip to Antarctica is her all time favorite.  She especially enjoyed kayaking among brilliantly blue icebergs.  She will be explaining why they are so blue.

On May 8, Beverley Barling will present a travelogue on Dubai and other Emirates.  She has a collection of photos taken not only by her, but also by her daughter who is living in Dubai with her husband and children.

Both presentations are at The People Place, 3402- 27th Avenue, Lower Level, at 7:00 pm. Admission is $5 per travelogue payable at the door.
